Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, a 24-hour advance is required to cancel if you are unable to keep your appointment. This will allow Dr. Wolff and her team to accommodate other patients, if they have sufficient time to notify them. Dr. Wolff asks for your assistance in this regard. If regular abuse of this policy takes place and you do not cancel your child’s appointment within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $75.00 per child.
Please be aware that the parent/guardian bringing the child to the dental appointment is responsible for the payment of all professional fees after each treatment, unless arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Dr. Wolff’s office accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, cash, personal checks and Care Credit.
For our patients with insurance, Dr. Wolff’s team will file insurance claims for you as a courtesy. The patient’s guardian(s) are responsible for the estimated co-payments, deductibles, or actual fee that your dental insurance carrier does not cover after each treatment visit. Insurance companies administer different plans and policies, please be sure to verify your dental coverage with your insurance company’s member service department before your dental appointment. Regardless of the status of your insurance claim, full payment is due to Dr. Wolff’s office within 60 days from the date of service. All balances over 60 days have a monthly service/finance charge of 1.5%. Please remember to bring your insurance card to your child’s visit.
